The code is invisible because it operates before the argument begins: in how someone shows up, what they choose to say when it costs them something, and whether their behaviour is consistent when nobody is checking.

Why I wrote it.
After eighteen years of selling and eighteen years of watching other people sell, the same thing kept explaining the outcomes, and it wasn't technique.
I wrote the book for the reader who has already read the technique books, applied them honestly, and still senses that something underneath is doing the real work.
