Individuals · Build your sales skills

Learn what a good sales conversation needs from you.

For salespeople, founders and independent professionals who want a deliberate method: from finding the right prospect to discussing value and agreeing what happens next.

Know what you are practising: and why

You may be starting a sales career, moving into a new role or noticing gaps in your current approach. We begin with the situations you find difficult rather than a long list of techniques.

The focus may be prospecting, discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation or follow-up: but always in the context of what you sell.

Build a conversation, not a script

A sales conversation needs direction, but it also needs room for the buyer. You practise asking useful questions, listening for what matters and explaining your offer in relation to the problem being discussed.

The aim is not to memorise the perfect response. It is to understand what the conversation needs from you.

Take the learning back to your work

Bring an opening message, a discovery call, a stalled proposal or a price discussion. Every session ends with a specific behaviour to try and evidence to review: not homework invented for a course.

What the work asks of you

Honesty, mostly. You'll be asked to share conversations that didn't go well and to try something different while a deal is live. People who treat it as a course get a course. People who treat it as practice get better.

Common questions

Who is individual sales training for?+

Sales professionals, founders, consultants, freelancers and people entering sales who want to build a more deliberate way of selling.

Do I need previous sales experience?+

No. The starting point changes with your experience, but the work is always grounded in the conversations you need to handle now.

How is training different from sales coaching?+

Training builds defined skills in a clear sequence. Coaching is more fluid and examines how you apply judgement on live opportunities.

Can I focus on a particular sales challenge?+

Yes. Bring the challenge, your role and what you sell. The programme can place more weight on prospecting, discovery, price, negotiation or follow-up where needed.

How is this different from the corporate programme?+

The corporate programme is bought by a company for its team and includes manager enablement. This one is bought by you, and shaped entirely around your work.
